What happens on the call

1. You pick a slot above. Thirty minutes, on Zoom or Google Meet, whichever you prefer. No sales deck.
2. We look at the account together. Screen shared, your Seller Central or storefront open, so we are talking about your numbers rather than generic advice.
3. You get the three things costing you most. Usually it is some mix of listing quality, ad waste and inventory timing. We name them, and say roughly what each is worth.
4. You decide, or you do not. If the fix is something you can do in-house, we will tell you that. If you want us to run it, we send scope and pricing the same week.
