Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven eCommerce Manager to oversee and manage our Amazon, eBay, and Walmart accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, increasing sales, handling customer service, managing PPC campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of Amazon, eBay, and Walmart seller accounts.
- Product Listing & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and relevant keywords.
- Advertising & PPC Management: Develop and execute PPC campaigns on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart to maximize ROI.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high seller rating.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance brand visibility.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and new opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon, eBay, and Walmart seller accounts.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, product listing optimization, and advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Seller Center.
- Experience in PPC management and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in brand building and private label management.
- Familiarity with dropshipping and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
